i just read your article and i agree with you on every level.  i don&#039;t do it like this every morning, since i have a husband and 2 teenagers, but i do it like this as often as i can!  i also us eft in my daily devotions, in a godly way, that i feel God taught me.  it has helped me so much, to clear out negative patterns in me and then fill my &quot;empty spaces&quot; with the word of God.  the combination of prayer/scripture/meditation/eft/exercise has really changed me.  i like to kick it up a notch though and i got some good inspiration from you! thank you rhonda...you are an inspiration!
