What a great question about meditation practice, isn’t it? You may want to enhance your meditation time by incorporating a spirit care morning routine around it. A spirit care morning routine helps you to work on many aspects of your life. I will put a link here to an article I did for some ideas. Although it is a Bible routine, you can modify it any way you like. It does not have to be faith-based or religious.
