Luke 6:36 tells us to forgive because we have been forgiven and with the same measure that we forgive, we will be forgiven. Forgiveness sets us free. Forgiveness brings healing. Forgiveness transforms our heart. However, the person we often need to forgive most is ourselves. We carry around heavy burdens of guilt, shame, and regret that weight down our spirits and darken our mood. During this meditation you will seek and accepts God’s forgiveness as you learn to forgive yourself and others. You’ll gain a new understanding to what it means to trust everything to God.
