I do not know this person, but I loved this video so much that I wanted to share it with you. In this video, this man decides to meditate for one-hour per day for one week to see what would happen. He was struggling with some anxiety that was re-occurring more frequently and didn’t know why. He was hoping that by slowing down and meditating he could find out why and eliminate it.
